2025 Events

You are most welcome to attend the June 2025 meeting of The St George Amateur Radio Society, will be held in the warm surroundings of the Mortdale RSL Club.

Members and guests invited to gather around to catch up with each other and what is happening in the world of amateur radio and your local amateur radio club, including upcoming events and presentations including our "amateur radio training & assessment weekend" and "VK Shires Contest".

There will be a presentation by Peter VK2KPF with an update on the 23cm FM transceiver kit that he has helped to develop as well as his experiments with amplifiers for this band.

Recently Peter VK2KFP attended the Amateur Radio New South Wales (ARNSW) facility at Dural. Peter is going to pass on his experience including an update on the what is happening with the experimenters group. 

Members and guests are invited to a friendly gathering in the bistro, at 6.30 pm on the first floor of the Mortdale RSL Club. Drinks and a meal can be purchased from the bistro and bar.

Following from about 7.30 pm in one of the rooms adjoining the bistro, The St George Amateur Radio Society Inc will be holding the gathering and presentation.
