Presentation: Drone Technology Innovation
The Ukraine–Russia war has rapidly accelerated innovation in UAV (drone) technologies. Many of these advancements are now reaching the retail market, making them accessible to hobbyists and experimenters.
At this session, we will explore how some of these emerging products can be applied in amateur radio projects — looking at potential uses, available suppliers, current pricing, and common pitfalls to avoid.
Venue: Mortdale RSL Club, First Floor
6.30 pm – Members and guests are invited to gather in the bistro for a friendly meal and drinks (available for purchase from the bistro and bar).
7.30 pm (approx.) – The St George Amateur Radio Society Inc. will host the presentation in one of the adjoining rooms.
