The December gathering of society is also the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The St George Amateur Radio Society Inc.

Following the formal part of the AGM, presentations will be of certificates and trophies, for various contests and other achievements during the year.
Guests are most welcome to also attend both the gathering and the AGM.
