The St George Amateur Radio Society (SGARS) 80 metre Contest is an annual event held prior to the Remembrance Day Contest. This year the contest is held on Saturday 25th July 2026, commencing at 18:00 to 00:00 Midnight local (AEST) Sydney local time, a total of 6 hours, in one hourly blocks. The SGARS 80 metre Contest is open to all VK and ZL amateur radio operators.
